关键岗位要求

岗位职责：
• Responsible for day-to-day management and key client contact for relevant programs of work / projects / business areas.
• Demonstrate strong ability to write effective, compelling project briefs, presentations and proposals.
• Monitor all aspects of project in development including proposal, budget and schedule development and delivery.
• Demonstrate successful management and delivery ensuring project reflects the brief and meets client/brand objectives.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of Flaming Creations service offer and how this has added value to a project.
• Demonstration of strong presentation skills and an ability to develop compelling sales strategies for projects.
• Understanding of brand vision, values and positioning and look and style guidelines.
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships.
• Take lead responsibility for key client relationships across a wide range of projects.
• Demonstrate financial responsibility through effective proposal costing, budget development and management, and timely billing reconciliations.
• Good team management ability and cultivate the underlings’ business skills.
任职资格：
• Significant agency experience in account management and direction.
• Degree educated with an interest in branding, marketing, audience perception, brand influence and design is preferred.
• Ability to approach opportunities from a commercial, creative and multi-disciplinary perspective
• Able to maintain and build client relationships and importantly, the practical delivery of projects
• Thorough understanding of budgeting, resource allocation and teamwork.
• Comfortable and experienced in delivering and presenting concepts, budgets and project plans to clients.
• Must be able to communicate, draw up briefs and deliver immaculate presentations with clear strategic thought.
• Excellence in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
The right candidate must be educated to degree standard, with 6-8 years experience in the events industry. A good command of English (written and verbal) will be an advantage.
